How It All Started
Our very first story, Mama’s Bedtime Prayers for Naomi, began in the thick of motherhood. I was overwhelmed with two little ones under two, often ending the day in tears and exhaustion. Each night, after the chaos settled, I would bring all my struggles before the Lord and pray over my babies. I prayed through tantrums, sleepless nights, and the everyday mess of motherhood. Over time, those prayers became like a melody in my heart. And I realized—I wanted my children to always know how deeply they are loved, both by me and by God. That’s how Bedtime Prayers was born.
After that first book, God began stirring in me that this wasn’t just about my little ones. There are children everywhere who need to know the same truth: that they are seen, known, and loved by the Creator of the universe. That’s why we chose personalized stories. We want every child to see themselves at the very center of God’s story—to feel the Gospel reaching right into their own lives. If even one child feels that truth when they open these pages, then this mission is worth it.
For you formed my inward parts; you knitted me together in my mother’s womb. I praise you, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made. Wonderful are your works; my soul knows it very well.
